Another suggestion is to switch out watching a TV show or surfing the web for exercise. If you still can’t find the time, make your work out for efficient and less time. Circuit training and interval training burn a lot of calories in less time. Although if you choose these types of workouts, be ready to work hard during that smaller time frame.

No time for an official workout? Jan Graham says no problem! Bring exercise into your daily routine by taking stairs instead of the elevator or commuting to work by bike or by foot. Do exercises you genuinely enjoy! Dance, climb, hike, or whatever strikes your fancy!

Lastly, don’t be discouraged by comparing yourself to an unachievable idea of what working out is that you have seen on TV. You are your own person and your workout will be catered to you.
